George Fiorenzo, Vito Cape, and Colegro Lucicero arrested. Georgio Maggio, Callegro Montalbano and Pietro Merio indicted Dec. 15, 1905. Michael Armato arrested and acquitted by jury in Judge Kavanagh's court. Oct. 31, 1906.
