The text on this image reads: (Bomb) 261 State Street but the building was located at 261 Wabash Avenue in the Loop community area of Chicago, Illinois. The bombing was attributed to activities dubbed the 'gambling war' involving a series of bombings on gambling resorts over a two year period.
